Why?

I have been at home and living in Tokyo for the last five years and know that we will be living in Japan for many more years to come. I decided to make my own niche here in this city and start work. But, with two young children at home who need me and take up a lot of my time I didn’t want to abandon them at their young age for work’s sake. I am very fortunate to have a successful husband who is happy to have me part of his team. I started by catering for his Press events for the European luxury fashion brands. 

I love my children and most of my time revolves around them and their lives I started to get very excited about what they like, learn, do, eat, wear and play with. I pick up things where ever I travel to. If it is Paris, Bali, Zurich or Tokyo. I found that my friends loved it…

東京に暮らして5年、そしてこれからも日本で生活することになるでしょう。私には小さな娘と息子がいます。子育てを楽しみながら日本で自分の仕事を始めたいと思うようになりました。でも、子供時代の大切なひと時を犠牲にしたくないという気持ちもあり迷っていたら、夫が会社の一員として迎えてくれました。今はヨーロッパのファッションブランドのプレスイベントでケータリングなどの仕事をしています。

子供達とはできるだけ一緒に過ごしたい。今は私の一日の大半を二人の子供たちと過ごしています。彼らが何を食べて何を着るのが好きかということや、お友達や遊びのこと、学校で習うこと・・・一緒にいるとわくわくする出来事がいっぱい。住まいのあるスイスや東京、ぱり、パリで買ったり、旅行先で見つけたりする子供のお土産は周りのママ達にも好評です。
